What happens to my data if I switch plans?
Your data is always safe. If you ever exceed the limits of your plan you can still view everything, but you’ll need to upgrade or free up space to create new projects.
How do AI credits work?
AI credits power the AI floor plan features (generating plans from text, editing with AI Assist, and converting images to floor plans). Each feature uses a different number of credits (1 to 5 per use). Free accounts get a one-time starter pack of 20 credits to try them out.
