Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you can still view everything but won't be able to create new projects until you're under the limit.
How does the team trial work?
Start your 7-day free trial by entering your payment information. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
How do AI credits work?
AI credits power the AI floor plan features, including generating plans from text, editing with AI Assist, and converting images to floor plans. Each feature uses a different number of credits (1–5 per use). Paid plans include monthly credits that roll over up to 2× your monthly allotment. Free accounts get a one-time starter pack of 20 credits. You can purchase additional credit packs anytime if you need more.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Choose yearly billing to save up to 17% compared to monthly billing. Toggle between Monthly and Yearly at the top of the pricing section.
